Special ordinary days,
top of the world nights,
and everything in between.
All the sights that fill my eyes,
all the things within my grasp,
dreams yet to be seen.
Touch, sight, smell, hear and taste.
Mistakes made, lessons learned,
the strength of my beating heart.
Endless possibilities,
new experiences,
creating memories.
For another tomorrow,
and for today.
I will treasure the simplest of things,
because that is what's precious to me.
